Urban Rec is excited to bring our exciting and new social sports leagues to the Central Coast in 2024! Urban Rec is all about the FUN aspect of playing sports with your friends. It is all about getting out of the house, meeting new people, and generally having a good time.
Urban Rec has one goal: to provide the best possible experience to our members. Whether it's league nights, theme parties, team trips, social gatherings, or other Urban Rec events, we want to provide an unparalleled experience that you'll remember forever.

Multisport is a great way to incorporate variety into your physical activity. Each week you will play a different sport with your team and rotate through Soccer, Dodgeball, Hockey, Handball, Touch Football, Basketball, Flag Gridiron, Volleyball and Netball. If you are indecisive or get bored playing one sport quickly then this is the sport for you.
