What is Multisport?

Multisport is a 10-week competition where you play multiple sports each week. It’s designed for individuals or teams who can’t decide on just one sport but want to stay active and have fun. Each team plays together every week, but the sports change regularly, offering a dynamic experience.

Sports in the Multisport League

The competition includes a variety of sports,

• Dodgeball
• Ultimate Frisbee
• Indoor Soccer
• European Handball
• Backyard Cricket
• Benchball
• Street Netball
• Kickball
• Street Basketball
• Floor Hockey
• Volleyball

Each week, a different sport is played, with the League Host explaining the rules beforehand to ensure everyone is on the same page. All the sports are played at the same venue every week.

• Starts: Monday, March 17th at 1:00pm
